A 20-30 minute Discovery Call to establish which issues you would like to work on during your first session.
Pre Session relaxation audio.
RTT session x 3 to include an initial deep-dive consultation, then uncovering and letting go of old beliefs, reframing and transforming. Allow 90-120 minutes for these sessions.
Transformational recording x 3 to rewire new beliefs. This is usually around 15 minutes and you have confirmed your commitment to listen to this recording for 21 days, at least once a day. You will receive a different recording following each of your sessions and they shall supersede previous recordings. The more you listen to it, the better you’ll feel, the better you feel, the more you’ll listen to it.
6 x Coaching sessions to integrate new beliefs. The first session will be around 7 days after your transformation session, and the second coaching session will be around 21 days after your first session. These sessions are 15 minutes.
